One of the best gifts I ever received was from sales trainer Eric Lofholm. It was a journal to write down all the classic “ahha” moments during my participation in his Platenum Protégé program. As a referral expert and Mastermind host a few years ago I was invited to participate in a teleconference for attorney’s around the US who needed to generate new business through lead generation, how to convert those leads when you get them and then how to handle the business that is generated.
